The Annual Holy Apostles Crawfish Boil, one of the big fundraisers for the church, is normally held each year between late April and early June. A splendid time is guaranteed for all who care to drop in!
The date for the 2023 event will be announced soon!
In addition to the most important thing — sittin’ under the canopies, and suckin’ a bunch of ‘bugs, Cajun-spicy and fresh out of the pot (along with red potatoes and corn on the cob) — we also often have a moon jump and fantastic music. You’ll have a mix that can’t be beat!
Helpers are always welcome beyond the cooks for the feast; it takes a lot of help to handle tickets and over-the-counter sales, clean up, and the other many jobs for such an undertaking. Contributions of materials are also welcome, so check for a signup sheet in the narthex as we get closer to the event.
