About Holy Apostles:
The Episcopal Church of the Holy Apostles was founded in October 1994 to serve the community of Hoover, and assist in Jesus Christ’s mission of love and outreach with other Episcopal churches in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area.
We come together as a congregation twice each Sunday, at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. for the Holy Eucharist, or Communion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and welcome all to worship with us at these times. We also offer other services and activities throughout the year, which you can learn more about from this site.
Our Mission:
At the Episcopal Church of the Holy Apostles, our mission is to:
- praise God
- share the Gospel with joy
- love Christ in every person
- work for justice and peace
- feed the hungry and hungry of heart
- embrace diversity
- nurture each person’s unique gifts in service of God’s Kingdom.
